The Organisation area
Webelio is a suite of business products that share one login. The Organisation area is where you, the owner or admin, look after the things that apply across every product — the people who can sign in, your company details, your domain, and the products you've subscribed to.
Think of it as the control room behind all your Webelio products, not one of the products itself.
Who uses it
The Organisation area is for the org admin — usually the owner, or whoever runs the account. Most of your team never needs to open it. They just sign in and use the product they work in (HRMS, Recruitment, or Mail).
The suite idea, in plain terms
Webelio has three products, and you turn on the ones you need:
- HRMS — attendance, leave, payroll and Indian statutory compliance for your employees.
- Recruitment — hiring: job openings, candidates, interviews and offers. You can use it on its own, even before you have a single employee.
- Mail — professional email on your own company domain.
One person, one login. When someone signs in, they see only the products they're allowed to use. A recruiter who isn't an employee sees Recruitment. An employee sees their self-service portal. Someone who does both sees both — no second password, no separate app. You decide who gets what by giving each account roles per product (explained in Accounts and roles).
An account is a login. An employee is a person on your payroll. They're related but not the same thing — a recruiter can have an account without ever being an employee. This distinction is the key to how Webelio works across products.
What you manage here
Open the Organisation area from your home screen. Its sidebar (labelled Organization) has these areas:
- User Accounts — everyone who can sign in, and what each of them is allowed to do.
- Organization — your company's legal profile and branding.
- Domain — connect your company's own web address (like
yourco.in) to power business email and a branded portal. - Custom Domains — give your Webelio portal a friendly web address such as
hr.yourco.in. - Products — the products you've subscribed to and their status.
