What is Webelio HRMS?

Webelio HRMS is software that runs your team's attendance, leave, salary and statutory deductions — so you can pay people correctly without knowing the rules yourself.

Webelio is built for Indian businesses, from a single-shop owner with five staff to a growing company with a couple of hundred employees. You do not need an HR background or a payroll consultant. You mark who worked, and Webelio works out what each person is owed, what to deduct, and what to file with the government.

What Webelio does for you

  • Attendance — mark who was present, absent, on leave or on a week-off each day, then lock the month for payroll.
  • Leave — set up leave types (like Casual Leave and Sick Leave), track balances, and approve requests.
  • Payroll — turn attendance and salary details into an accurate monthly pay run, with payslips and a bank transfer file.
  • Statutory compliance — calculate Provident Fund (PF), Employee State Insurance (ESI), Professional Tax (PT), income tax (TDS) and more, and produce the files you upload to government portals.

The hard part — knowing which deductions apply, at what rates, and in what order — is handled for you. You switch on what applies to your business and enter your registration numbers; Webelio does the maths every month.

Compliance complexity stays behind the scenes. You will not be asked to understand a tax slab or a contribution rate — you answer simple questions like "How many employees do you have?" and "Which state is this branch in?", and Webelio takes it from there.

Two portals, one login

Webelio has two sides, and everyone signs in at the same place with one account.

After you sign in, Webelio shows a home screen with the parts you're allowed to use. Owners and HR see the admin portal; your staff see the employee portal; managers see both. See logging in for the details.

What you still do

Webelio automates the calculations and the paperwork, but a few things stay in your hands:

  • Mark or approve attendance each month — your staff can check in themselves; you confirm and finalize.
  • Enter each employee's salary once, when you add them.
  • Upload the generated files to the government portals — Webelio creates the PF, ESI and tax files; you submit them.
  • Pay your people — Webelio produces a bank file or a paid/unpaid list; the actual transfer or cash payment is done by you.

Who it's for

  • Small businesses — shops, workshops, contractors, small offices. The owner marks attendance, sees what's owed, and pays. Compliance switches on only if it applies.
  • Growing companies (up to a few hundred staff) — a full HR setup where staff manage their own leave and payslips, with structured salaries, leave policies and complete statutory filing.
