Recruitment overview
Recruitment is Webelio's hiring product. It is an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) — one place to post your open jobs, collect and shortlist applicants, run interviews, send offers, and hire the person you picked. It replaces the spreadsheets, inboxes and sticky notes most teams use to keep track of who applied for what.
The whole product follows one simple path:
Jobs → Candidates → Interviews → Offers → Hire.
You open a job, applicants flow into a pipeline, you move the good ones forward through interviews, you send an offer, and when it's accepted the person is hired. Every step is on one screen so nothing falls through the cracks.
A product you can use on its own
Recruitment is a standalone product. You do not need the rest of Webelio to use it. A business with zero employees can sign up purely to hire its first people — there is no requirement to run payroll or attendance first.
If you also use Webelio HRMS, the two connect at exactly one point: when a candidate is hired, you can hand them straight to HRMS to become an employee. That's the only link — see making an offer.
Your hiring home screen
When you open Recruitment, the Dashboard gives you the state of hiring at a glance:
- Stat tiles — open roles, active candidates, hires so far, and offer acceptance rate.
- Open roles table — every job that's currently live, with its pipeline and how long it's been open.
- Hiring funnel — a chart showing how many people are at each stage, from applied through to hired.
From here you can jump straight to your Pipeline or start a New job.
Everything else lives in the sidebar, in roughly the order you'll use it: Jobs, Pipeline, Talent Pool, Interviews, Offers, Analytics, and Settings.
Who uses Recruitment
Different people see a different slice of the product, based on the role they're given:
| Role | What they do |
|---|---|
| Recruitment Admin | Full control — configures everything, and is the only one who can approve and send offers. |
| Recruiter | The day-to-day hiring work — jobs, candidates, interviews. |
| Hiring Manager | Follows the roles and candidates they're hiring for. |
| Interviewer | Sees only the interviews assigned to them and submits their feedback. |
One Webelio login works across every product a person is allowed to use, so a recruiter uses the same sign-in whether or not they're also an employee. See team and roles.
