Logging in and your account

One login gets you into Webelio. This page covers signing in, resetting your password, moving between the admin and employee portals, and the My Account screen.

Signing in

  1. Open Webelio in your web browser (use the web address your company set up, or the link in your welcome email).
  2. Enter your email and password.
  3. Click Sign in.

After you sign in, Webelio shows a home screen with tiles for the parts of Webelio you're allowed to use. Pick the admin portal (to run the business) or the employee portal (for your own attendance, leave and payslips). If you can only use one, Webelio may take you straight there.

The very first person to sign up for a company becomes the owner account. It creates the company, completes setup, and adds everyone else.

Forgot your password

  1. On the login screen, click Forgot password?
  2. Enter your email and click Send reset link.
  3. Check your email and follow the link to set a new password.

If you don't see the email, check your spam folder. The link is time-limited, so request a fresh one if it has expired.

Switching between the admin and employee portals

Your account only shows the parts of Webelio your role allows:

  • Owner / HR → the admin portal, to run the business.
  • Regular staff → the employee portal, for their own attendance, leave and payslips.
  • Managers → both, so they can manage their own leave and approve their team's requests.

Return to the home screen any time to switch between them. You stay signed in with the same account — there is no second password.

My Account

The My Account screen is where you manage your own sign-in, separate from any company or employee settings:

  • Profile — your name and contact email.
  • Security — change your password.

Changing your password here signs you in again with the new one. If you use the Webelio mobile app, you may need to sign in again there too.
