The employees list

Everyone you employ lives on one screen — this is where you find a person, check their details, and start any task about them.

Open it from Employees in the sidebar. You land on a table of everyone in your organisation.

Finding a person

  • Search by name, employee code, or designation. Start typing and the list narrows as you go.
  • Filter by department, by employment type (full-time, part-time, contract, and so on), and by status using the pills at the top: All, Active, Probation, and Exited.
  • The list is paged — the counter reads something like "1–20 of 47 employees", with previous and next controls.

Each row shows the person's photo and name, their employee code, department, designation, joining date, employment type, and a status badge so you can tell at a glance who is active, on probation, or has left.

The quick-view drawer

Click a row and a drawer slides in from the side with a summary of that person — photo, code, department, designation, manager, and location. It is the fast way to confirm who someone is without leaving the list.

To see everything, open the full profile. It is organised into tabs:

TabWhat it holds

The employee profile page walks through each tab in detail.

Adding people

The Add Employee button in the top corner starts a new record. You can add people one at a time or in bulk — the pages below explain which method fits.
