Pipeline

The Pipeline is where hiring actually happens. It shows every candidate for your open roles and lets you move each one forward — from applied, through screening and interviews, to an offer and a hire.

Open Pipeline from the sidebar.

Board or table

You can look at the same candidates two ways, and switch between them with a toggle:

  • Board — one column per stage, with each candidate as a card. Drag a card from one column to the next to move that candidate to a new stage. This is the visual, at-a-glance view.
  • Table — the same candidates as a sortable, filterable list. Better when you have a lot of them.

The first stage, Applied, and the last stage, Hired, are fixed; the stages in between come from the job's pipeline template (see setup).

Finding the right candidates

  • Filters — narrow the board by role and by source, so you can focus on one job or one channel at a time.
  • AI match score — if candidate matching is switched on, each card shows a score of how well that person fits the role, helping you spot the strongest applicants first.
  • Reject — each card has a small × to reject a candidate without opening them.

Bulk actions

When you're working through a lot of applicants, select several cards at once and act on all of them together. Bulk actions let you:

  • Advance them to the next stage,
  • Reject them,
  • Email them, or
  • Tag them.

This is a big time-saver for high-volume roles where you're screening dozens of people at a time.

The candidate profile

Click any candidate to open their full profile. Across the top is a stage stepper showing where they are, and a set of tabs:

TabWhat's there
ProfileTheir details — contact, experience, skills, expected salary and notice period.
ResumeTheir uploaded résumé, to view or download.
InterviewsEvery interview scheduled for them and the feedback collected.
ActivityThe trail of stage moves and actions on this candidate.
CommsA log of your emails, calls and notes with them.

From the profile you can:

  • Move to next stage, Reject, or Reactivate a previously rejected candidate.
  • Schedule interview — book a round with a panel (see interviews).
  • Parse with AI — read the uploaded résumé and fill in the profile fields automatically, so you don't type them by hand (needs résumé parsing switched on in setup).
  • Prepare an offer right from an inline panel on the profile (see offers).

Adding a candidate

Most candidates arrive on their own through your careers site or a job board. To add someone yourself — a referral, or a person you sourced directly — click Add candidate, enter their details, attach their résumé, and choose the job to add them to. You can also bring in many at once with Import resumes; see talent pool.
