Your first login
Getting into your employee portal takes a few minutes. This page walks you through it, start to finish.
Step 1 — Open the invite email
When HR adds you to Webelio, you get an email inviting you in. It has:
- A link to the login page.
- Your username (usually your work email).
- A temporary password — a one-time password just for your first login.
Can't find the email? Check your spam or junk folder first. Still nothing? Ask your HR team to resend it.
Step 2 — Log in
- Click the link in the email (or go to the login page your company gave you).
- Type your email and the temporary password from the invite.
- Click Log in.
Forgot your password later, or the temporary one expired? On the login page, click Forgot password?, enter your email, and Webelio sends you a reset link.
Step 3 — Set your own password
Because you logged in with a temporary password, Webelio asks you to pick a new one straight away.
- Enter a new password that only you know.
- Type it again to confirm.
- Save.
That's the password you'll use from now on. Keep it private.
Step 4 — Fill in your details (onboarding)
If your company asks you to complete your own details, you'll land on a short setup wizard. It has a few steps, and you can save and come back if you need a document.
The steps, in order:

| Personal | Your name, date of birth, gender, phone number. |
| Address | Where you live. |
| IDs | Your PAN (Permanent Account Number) and any statutory numbers you have, like a UAN (your PF account number). |
| Bank | The bank account where you'd like your salary paid — account number and IFSC code. |
| Documents | Upload scans or photos of documents HR asks for (ID proof, etc.). |
| Review | Check everything one last time. |
When it all looks right, click Submit to HR.
Don't have a number handy, like your UAN? Leave it blank for now if the step lets you, or ask HR. You can always update these later from your profile.
What happens after you submit
Your details go to HR for review. They check what you entered and confirm it. You don't need to do anything else — once they're done, your profile is live and you're all set.
If HR needs a correction, they'll let you know.
