Loans & reimbursements

Two money matters live here: a loan or advance your company has given you, and expenses you'd like paid back. This page covers both.

Your loans & advances

If your company has given you a loan or a salary advance, you can see all the details in My Loans.

For each one you'll see:

  • The amount you were given.
  • The outstanding balance — how much is still left to repay.
  • Your EMI — the fixed amount repaid each month.
  • The remaining months.

Open a loan to see its full repayment schedule — a month-by-month table showing each EMI, how much goes toward the loan, and the balance that remains. Months already paid are marked, and upcoming months are listed ahead.

info

You don't repay a company loan separately. The EMI is taken automatically from your salary each month and shown as a deduction on your payslip. There's nothing extra for you to do.

Claiming a reimbursement

Spent your own money on something for work — travel, supplies, a client meal? You can claim it back through My Reimbursements.

  1. Open My Reimbursements.
  2. Start a new claim.
  3. Enter what you spent, on what, and the amount.
  4. Attach the bill or receipt.
  5. Submit it.

Your claim goes to HR or your manager to review.

When you get paid back

Once your claim is approved, the amount is added to your next payroll — it's paid along with your salary, and it shows up on that month's payslip. So the timing depends on when your company runs payroll.

If a claim is rejected, you'll see the reason and can fix and resubmit it.
