Your profile
My Profile is where your details live — your contact info, your bank account, your documents. Keeping it up to date means your payslips, letters and payments are always correct.
What's in your profile
Open My Profile. You'll see your details grouped together:
- Personal — name, date of birth, phone number, address.
- Employment — your employee code, department, designation, joining date and reporting manager. These are set by HR.
- Bank details — the account your salary is paid into.
- Documents — the files you or HR have uploaded (ID proofs and the like).
Updating your details
- Open My Profile.
- Click Edit.
- Change what you need to — a new phone number, a new address.
- Save.
Moved house or changed your number? Update it here straight away. HR uses these details to reach you, and your address can matter for tax.
Which changes need HR approval
Some details you can update yourself. Others are checked by HR first, because they affect your pay or your official record. If a change needs approval, Webelio tells you when you save it — the update waits until HR confirms it.
Changes that usually need a quick HR check:
- Bank account — so your salary always reaches the right place.
- Name, PAN, or other official IDs — because they appear on tax documents.
- Employment details (department, designation, manager, salary) — these are managed by HR and aren't yours to edit.
Everyday contact details, like your phone number, usually update right away.
Changing your bank account? Do it well before payday. If the change is still waiting for HR approval when payroll runs, your salary goes to your old account for that month.
Uploading documents
In the Documents area you can upload files HR asks for — an ID proof, an address proof, a certificate. Once uploaded, HR reviews and marks each as verified.
